We are a diverse team of tasters, engineers, and strategists. Here is where you can fit in:
1. Blending & Tasting (The Heart of Our Business)
Roles: Master Tea Tasters, Blending Supervisors, Product Development Associates.
What you’ll do: Curate the flavor profiles for our brands (Gold, Hridi, Premium). Ensure every batch tastes exactly as it should—perfect.
2. Procurement & Supply Chain
Roles: Tea Buyers (Auction/Private), Inventory Managers, Logistics Coordinators.
What you’ll do: Source the best leaves from the auctions and gardens and ensure our supply chain runs like clockwork.
3. Production & Packaging
Roles: Plant Managers, Quality Control Officers, Packaging Machinery Operators.
What you’ll do: Oversee the blending drums and automated packaging lines, ensuring hygiene, safety, and efficiency.
4. Sales & Marketing
Roles: Territory Sales Managers, Brand Executives, Distributor Relationship Managers.
What you’ll do: Take our brands to the market. Expand our distributor network and tell the story of Pakri Tech to the world.
